Refund Policy

Our classes are provided through monthly subscriptions billed in GBP. This policy applies to those subscription payments.

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the billing date. Requests made after this window cannot be processed.

Classes that have already been delivered are non-refundable. Any refund is calculated on the remaining, undelivered classes within the billing period.

Submit a refund request from your parent dashboard or contact our support team. Please include your account email and the reason for the request.

Every refund request is reviewed manually by our admin team to ensure fairness for both families and teachers.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Paid trial fees are non-refundable once the trial session has taken place.
