By accessing or using the LearnFurqan platform operated by LearnFurqan Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

LearnFurqan is a curated online Quran academy connecting verified Pakistani teachers with UK families. Classes are delivered via Zoom and are 30 minutes in length.

We are not an open marketplace. All teachers are manually reviewed and approved before becoming visible to families.

Our classes are intended for students based in the United Kingdom. Parents or guardians must register on behalf of children under 18.

Classes are offered through monthly subscriptions billed in GBP via Stripe.

A paid trial session is available before subscribing. Trial fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are accepted within 7 days of billing for classes not yet completed.

All users agree to behave respectfully. Sessions are for educational purposes only. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms or compromise child safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
